Nottingham Ale Yeast

One of the great dried brewing yeast. Nottingham Ale yeast. Ferments fast. Ferments clean. Flocculates very well at the end of fermentation. It can handle cold temperatures too. A very neutral final flavour and a high quality beer is possible with this yeast. Ferments from 1.040 to 1.010 with WilliamsWarn liquid and dry malt extracts. Can tolerate high alcohol fermentations.
